Hello people! I'm not sure if I should post this here but I really don't know what to do or where to look and though maybe someone here could help?

I found a weird file on my hard drive, it's under Documents and Settings > Administrator, it's called "intlname.ols"
I don't recall it being there before and I have no clue what it does or where's it from since my computer doesn't recognize it. Is it some kind of malware or something of the sort? my antivirus isn't picking anything but it would be great if someone could help put my mind at ease.

If this is not the place to post this I'd appreciate it if you could point me in a right direction and I'm sorry xD

I am trying to make an animation in photoshop cs3 using a video. How do I adjust the delay of frames?

Next summer I'm planning on cosplaying Tear in her Cool Chick costume. I don't currently have my memory card where I can get to the Character Disc and get a full 360 view of the costume, and wondered if I might be able to request some help? Any images are fantastic, but if someone has access to the character disc and wouldn't mind taking some side/back shots of it that would be completely and totally amazing.

I am new here and am looking for a coloring guide I saw a while ago before signing up. It teaches you how to blend colors with icon photos. Like reds, exclusion and etc. I have been looking at the memory guide and have added some guides under my memory stuff . However, I still can not quite find what I am looking for. It's very long and is a basic help guide. Thanks in advance.

It's been a while since it happened, but I haven't quite used the crop tool in that way since (having grown cautious)... anyway: some time ago I was eliminated from a lims because (as pretty much every single negative comment said) my aspect ratio was off. I didn't see it, but the fact that so many commented on it (and the fact that I know that I'm very good at missing it if it's less than a certain degree) make me believe that it's true.

It being a lims, the image was chosen by the mod and the only thing I did to it that could have screwed up the aspect ratio was cropping. I had rotated the crop though (selecting the crop and rotating it before hitting enter)... I've had it happen that cropping like that screwed up the aspect ratio badly enough that even I could see it. So, my question is if anybody else has/had that problem and if there's a way to fix this? Aside from simply not rotating while cropping that is.

Anyway, I use PS CS3.

They look... amazing. Like you've lifted the characters right out of the manga, and at the same time like a real world out there j-rock band. Really good adaptation job there, I did have my doubts about this casting, but this wavers any questions.

This movie is totally gonna be the next Nana-level hype of the year, isn't it.

Also, I totally got the Seiji one wrong, but booo he didn't get Kabuto perfectly right either. ¦\ I could easily tell the Ryuki, Faiz and Den-O weren't him (the Faiz and Den-O weren't even trying), but he totally didn't do that little pause-shift thing before the finger-pointing in Kabuto. :<

 A while back, there was talk of a city-wide moonwalk in London. Well, the videos on youtube show big crowds, but no one is really moonwalking, just taking pictures and dancing normally. 

The inmates paying tribute to Jackson videos are awesome though.

Japanese MJ wiki says he performed at Tokyo Disneyland before. Coincidentally, my chiropractor said he saw him perform there before. Sadly, I cannot find any such footage on either niconico or youtube. I wanted to see a Japanese crowd swooning over him. Youtube brings up footage of MJ and Macaulay Calkin playing in US Disneyland. 

So I've had a repeating problem with my photoshop CS4. Some times when I open up images to edit they will be darker then how they look in preview or when I view them in finder. I've tried looking at color settings but I've changed it all around but still it's the same.

I was making this icon and I thought I would make a tutorial for it because it's actually pretty simple.

Made in Photoshop:CS2. I'm pretty sure it's translatable to other programs, but there will be detailed instructions for Photoshop: CS2 in this tut.

What you will learn:
How to crop an image, How to make an image black and white, How to blend using the "add Vector mask", How to use the "feather tool", How to use the "polygonal lasso tool"
How to use light textures.

This tutorial is extremely detailed and explains how to use the tools as well as explaining why I'm using certain techniques. It seems like a lot of steps for one little icon, but once you know how to use the tools it takes no time at all to make.
